We were entrusted with the design and renovation of Henig Diamonds' office in Hatton Garden. As the company expanded, they decided to lease an adjacent office and merge the two spaces into one cohesive environment, resulting in a combined area of 330m². This project required comprehensive work, including complete demolition, wall removal, and the construction of new partitions. We handled all aspects of the project, from plumbing and glass partitioning to full mechanical ventilation, electrical systems, data and CCTV setups, and security installations.
In addition to the structural work, we took care of the entire fit-out, including the installation of built-in furniture, kitchen setup, and the laying of tiles and engineered flooring. We also designed and installed two-level ceilings in the waiting room, adding a distinctive touch to the space. Our team managed every detail of the project from start to finish, including painting and decorating, ensuring a seamless process and a polished final result.
By overseeing the entire project—from initial design to final touches—we ensured that Henig Diamonds' office was not only functional but also a beautifully crafted space that met all their needs.
