101 Pimlico Road Transformation:
From Derelict Property to Stunning Restaurant and Flats

Masters was commissioned by our client, Mr. William Guess, to renovate a property he acquired in a derelict condition and convert it into a new restaurant, aptly named 101 Pimlico Road after its address. We collaborated closely with Inature Interiors & Architecture on this project, which involved a comprehensive strip-out of the old finishes and structures, reconfiguring the layout, and fully refurbishing and redecorating the main dining area and kitchen. Additionally, we constructed and fitted out the restrooms and undertook the renovation and refitting of the upstairs flats, transforming the entire property into a vibrant, functional space.
