A Note to Our Clients:
Fake reviews have recently targeted us. Please read our message about who we are,
our 25 years of work built on trust and recommendations, and our fundamental values.
[Read Our Statement]
Recently, a series of fake reviews appeared on our profile from people we’ve never worked with. We’ve reported these to Google for removal, but we want to take this opportunity to clarify who we are and how we actually work.
Masters – Building and Renovation Services has been in business for over 25 years, built entirely on repeat clients and personal recommendations. Until recently, we never focused on our digital presence — most of our work has come from word of mouth and long-term client relationships.
What these fake reviews describe has nothing to do with how we operate.
Our company values are:
  • Transparency and honesty at every stage of a project.
  • Partnership with our clients and their design teams.
  • Personal care for every home — we treat our clients’ spaces as our own.
  • Accountability and long-term support, even after completion.
All our projects are carried out under the appropriate JCT contract, supervised by architects or designers, and fully signed off by Building Control. We also maintain a 6-month retention period (2.5%) to ensure our clients’ peace of mind and quality assurance.
We’re proud of the reputation we’ve earned through hard work and integrity, and we’ll continue focusing on delivering excellent service to every client who trusts us with their home.
Thank you to everyone who has supported us over the years — your trust means the world to us.

Elegant Full Home Renovation (No Structural Works)

Putney
London, SW15
This five-month refurbishment in Putney focused on transforming an existing layout into a calm, elegant living space without structural extensions.
We delivered:
  • High-end decoration using Farrow & Ball and Little Greene paints
  • Bespoke kitchen and fitted furniture, designed and crafted in-house
  • Full rewire and plumbing upgrade to modern standards
  • Comprehensive soundproofing to reduce external noise
  • New layout with partition walls, new ceilings, plasterwork, and restored period cornices
  • All floors levelled for a seamless finish throughout
  • New hardwood double-glazed sash windows, council-approved and matched to original architecture
  • Internal wall insulation (PIR) to improve heat performance
This project is a great example of how thoughtful detailing, design-led joinery, and technical upgrades can completely redefine a period home — without any major structural changes.
