A Note to Our Clients:

our 25 years of work built on trust and recommendations, and our fundamental values.
[Read Our Statement]
Recently, a series of fake reviews appeared on our profile from people we’ve never worked with. We’ve reported these to Google for removal, but we want to take this opportunity to clarify who we are and how we actually work.
Masters – Building and Renovation Services has been in business for over 25 years, built entirely on repeat clients and personal recommendations. Until recently, we never focused on our digital presence — most of our work has come from word of mouth and long-term client relationships.
What these fake reviews describe has nothing to do with how we operate.
Our company values are:
  • Transparency and honesty at every stage of a project.
  • Partnership with our clients and their design teams.
  • Personal care for every home — we treat our clients’ spaces as our own.
  • Accountability and long-term support, even after completion.
All our projects are carried out under the appropriate JCT contract, supervised by architects or designers, and fully signed off by Building Control. We also maintain a 6-month retention period (2.5%) to ensure our clients’ peace of mind and quality assurance.
We’re proud of the reputation we’ve earned through hard work and integrity, and we’ll continue focusing on delivering excellent service to every client who trusts us with their home.
Thank you to everyone who has supported us over the years — your trust means the world to us.

Victorian Terrace Transformation:
Modern Reconfiguration and Glazed Extension

Riversdale Rd
London, N5
Our task was to enlarge the lower ground floor of an existing Victorian terraced house, crafting a new garden room. This endeavor met several client goals: to generate ample living space near the current kitchen and dining areas, to enhance the flow between these areas and the garden, and to instill a brighter, more modern ambiance in this section of the home. The extension juts out from the original rear line of the house, featuring a west-facing window that bathes the space in afternoon and evening sunlight. A terracotta-tiled 'garden room' nestles in this protruding nook, softening the division between inside and outside. The design incorporates straightforward industrial materials such as exposed polished concrete and plywood, accented by lively green window frames and structural steel components.
