We were commissioned to design and deliver a full renovation for Henig Diamonds as they expanded into a neighbouring unit. We combined both spaces into a unified 330m² office. The project involved full strip-out, wall removal, and complete internal reconfiguration.
Our scope covered everything from MEP systems (ventilation, plumbing, electrics, data, and security) to bespoke glass partitioning and built-in furniture. We also installed engineered flooring, kitchen units, and a distinctive two-level ceiling in the waiting area.
From concept to completion, we managed every detail to create a professional, secure, and visually cohesive workspace tailored to the client’s growing business.
Rowley’s Restaurant, St. James’s
Masters has delivered multiple renovation phases for Rowley’s — a heritage restaurant in the heart of London. The initial refurbishment, commissioned by Richard and Peter Guess, involved a complete upgrade: new kitchen fit-out, rewiring, full washroom refits, restoration of original woodwork, bespoke mirror installation, wallpapering, and external works — all completed within a tight three-week turnaround.
Following the success of the initial phase, we’ve returned on several occasions for additional upgrades, including night works to resand and seal floors, bar area renovations, external redecoration, and refurbishment of the upper-floor apartments. The trust built with the client has led to a long-term working relationship based on consistent delivery and minimal business disruption.
Victoria Inn, Westminster – Hotel Refurbishment Project
This refurbishment project involved the complete redecoration and renovation of a dated bed and breakfast hotel in Pimlico, Westminster. All rooms were entirely stripped out, re-plastered, and rewired. Bathrooms were updated with new sanitary ware, tiling, and fixtures, while walls throughout the building were refreshed with high-quality paint finishes. Select areas received decorative treatments, including wallpaper and feature stone cladding in the reception. New hardwood flooring was installed in the breakfast room, and the existing aluminium entrance doors were replaced. The work was carried out one floor at a time to minimise disruption to guests and business operations. The client’s appointed designer provided the design; we supplied general building materials, paint, stone, and flooring. All furnishings, light fittings, and accessories were client-supplied. This project demonstrates our ability to manage complex renovations in operational environments, with careful phasing and attention to detail.
